Xbox One price cut before E3

Xbox OneIn the run up to E3, it is being reported that Microsoft have cut the price yet again on the Xbox One. Various bundles have been dropped in price, and with rumours of an Xbox One Mini/Slim and a more powerful version to come in the future, this just adds fuel to the fire.

MCV UK report that “The console with Quantum Break and another free title now costs £299.99. It’s the same price for the white Quantum Break bundle. In the US the machine’s base price has been slashed to just $299 (£206).”

You can also pick up a 1TB Xbox One console with three free games; Rise of the Tomb Raider, Forza Motorsport 6, and Halo 6, and one month of EA Access, all for just £279.99. That’s not a bad deal at all!

However, with the aforementioned E3 rumours, and of course the PlayStation Neo reports, it’s hard to recommend any of the current consoles to potential customers right now. If you’re determined to pick one up ASAP, then fire away, but if you want to get the most from your investment, wait until E3 on June 14th before throwing down your cash.

If you are interested, head over to the Microsoft store, but hurry. Deals end on June 13th.
