With the massive annual titles now hitting our consoles and pcs, let’s take a look at what games are flying out the doors in the retail chart for last week. Halo 5 Guardians makes its debut at the top of the UK chart, with an apparent 50% extra sales over Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, which released the week before hand. It is also 50% up on The Master Chief Collection in its first week last year.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate sits in 2nd this week, with FIFA 16 still going strong, in 3rd place. WWE 2K16 debuted last week in 4th place which isn’t too bad at all, and Minecraft Story Mode starts its life out in 5th place. The second episode released last week, but the retail disc only hit stores last week too, you see.
Metal Gear Solid V took a nasty drop from 10th to 19th, and oddly enough, Call of Duty Ghosts jumped from 25th to 15th, with only one week (at the time) until Black Ops 3. Which games were you responsible for last week, and what game purchases will you be making this week, if any?
