This week’s UK game sales chart looks rather similar to last week, with Overwatch continuing to shine for Blizzard, winning over the hearts and attention spans of gamers the world over. Dead Island Definitive Collection was the only notable release of last week too.
Dead Island managed to debut in 5th place in the chart which is good going for a remastered collection that nobody really asked for. It does look great though, and offers the original game, its spin-off title Riptide, and a 2D side scrolling beat ’em up in the bundle. There was another new release in the form of One Piece: Burning Blood, which debuted in 37th.
Uncharted 4 is still doing fantastically well in 2nd place, while Doom continues to rip demons apart in 3rd place. FIFA 16 climbed from 7th to 4th, and Grand Theft Auto V slipped down to 10th in the previous week but moved up again to 6th this week. Ratchet & Clank fell one place to 7th, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 finds itself in its lowest position to date, in 9th.
