Another week of game sales charts from the retailers in the UK, and it looks as if The Elder Scrolls Online’s place has been stolen after just a week at the top, being replace by LEGO Jurassic World. Clearly, the movie, and the general good nature and fun of the LEGO games helped that, as it enjoys a lovely spot at the top of the chart this week.
The Elder Scrolls drops down into second, switching places with Jurassic World, and The Witcher 3 continues to linger in third place, doing extremely well over all since its launch. Grand Theft Auto V moves from fifth to fourth, and FIFA 15 shifts from sixth to fifth. Everything so far is moving back up again.
Payday 2: Crimewave Edition debuted in fourth last week but has dropped down to sixth this week, with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare holding onto seventh again. Destiny re-enters the top 10, shifting from eleventh to ninth this week, and Battlefield Hardline falls out of the top ten, leaving 9th and landing in thirteenth. Next week, we expect to see Batman: Arkham Knight swoop to the top of the chart, and possibly stay perched there for a month. Agree?
