Codemasters’ first current gen racer made a good impression on the charts, despite missing a few key features and modes that fans loved from the previous title. That, versus the horrible pc port of Batman Arkham Knight is what takes the top spots in the UK. LEGO Jurassic World continues to perform fantastically well, sitting comfortably in third place, entertaining the masses.
The Elder Scrolls Online holds out in fourth place, followed by Grand Theft Auto V, which had free DLC added to the online portion of the game last week. The Witcher is still selling very well, although it dropped from fourth to sixth in the week, with both Minecraft titles holding firm in seventh and eighth. The rest of the top 10 chart is made up of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare and Destiny, with Activision probably feeling rather pleased about that of course.
No other new entries this week bar F1 2015, but Disney Infinity 2.0 jumped from 26th into 13th place, and Yoshi’s Woolly World had a horrible fall from 6th place to 18th.
