As we reach the final week of February, let’s look at the sales chart in retailers around the UK. Some new releases to add to our collection, and once again, Call of Duty slips out of the top spot. But for how long?
Black Ops 3 gave up its position in the chart again this week, the first time since LEGO Marvel Avengers took its place on launch week. This week sees Ubisoft’s Far Cry Primal take the top spot, while EA’s new release, Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 debut in second place, which is fantastic too!
FIFA 16 holds its ground in third place, with Black Ops 3 lowering into 4th temporarily. In 5th place, GTA V continues to go strong, with LEGO Marvel Avengers falling two places in the chart from 4th to 6th. Fallout 4 is 8th in the wasteland, with Rainbow Six Siege in 9th, and a whopping 10th place for Street Fighter V, which fell from 2nd place where it debuted last week. Ouch.
Bravely Second: End Layer is another new release and that debuted in 12th place, and Forza Motorsport 6 for Xbox One moved up from 19th to 14th. People eager to get their racing on. Destiny The Taken King has fallen out of the top 20, and now holds a position of 21 in the chart, just out of sight below.
