UK Game Sales Chart, December 24th

Call of Duty Infinite WarfareThere was a full week of retail shopping leading up to Christmas Day, meaning last minute game purchases for gifts, either for friends and family, or yourself. Call of Duty was leading the charge in the previous week, but how did the chart look in the run up to Christmas Day?

Well, Infinite Warfare continued to lead the pack, in its third straight week. FIFA 17 stayed at number 2 yet again, while Battlefield 1 held its position in third. Watch Dogs 2 is making a good impression on the chart, holding onto fourth place yet again, while in fifth, GTA V continues to prove itself after all these years since release.

Mafia 3 jumped up from 10th to 6th, and Ubisoft’s Steep took the ski lift from 9th to 7th. Final Fantasy XV dropped from 6th to 8th and it looks like Titanfall 2 is finally gaining the attention it deserves, double jumping from 21st into 13th. More of that, please!
