With the UK bank holiday yesterday, the retail chart listing came a day late, and brings with it some new releases, and a chart full of popular titles still selling rather well. After slipstreaming past No Man’s Sky last week, F1 2016 gives up its position for yet another new release. Don’t expect any title to hold the top of the chart in the coming months!
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided launched last week, taking the chart by storm. It didn’t do as well as Human Revolution, but back then, the install base was twice the size as it is now. Still, it’s getting plenty of good praise, and this will keep fans happy for months.
F1 2016 continues to speed along in 2nd place in the chart, while No Man’s Sky resides in third place. Overwatch holds onto 4th again, while another new release, NFL 17 debuts in 5th, which isn’t bad for a sport which isn’t as popular this side of the ocean.
Assetto Corsa debuted in 8th place in the chart, which is great for the small development team, going up against the likes of F1 2016, DriveClub, Forza and Project CARS. Quantum Break re-enters the chart at 16th place, while Black Ops 3 falls from 11th to 14th. Almost time for another Call of Duty, eh?
