The Orange Box and more now backwards compatible

xbox backwards compatible decemberThree new titles, or technically, five if you split up the Orange Box, are now backwards compatible on Xbox One this week. What’s more, one of Hello Games’ own titles is included in the list, and no, it’s not No Man’s Sky…

The Orange Box arrives, bringing with it Half Life 2, the additional Episode 1 and 2, Portal, and Team Fortress 2. Not a bad collection of classics at all. Galaga Legions also joins the list, as does Hello Games’ Joe Danger 2: The Movie. Joe Danger is a platform/racing title, which the studio were working on when Sean Murray and some colleagues began working on No Man’s Sky.

As usual, if you own either of these games digitally or on disc, they will be ready to install either by placing the disc in the tray, or by checking your Games & Apps if they’re digitally owned. The games should also appear in the backwards compatible section of the store should you wish to buy them.
