Legend of Zelda: Oracle of SeasonsHello everyone, this week’s retro corner is The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons. Although there are dozens of entries in the Legend of Zelda franchise, this was my first foray into this game series. It got me hooked in the top down nature used for many of these titles. This game was originally released on the Nintendo Gameboy Colour back in 2001. It was made available again on the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Store as of 2013. Nintendo NX has a release date of 2017

Zelda Wii U nintendo nxNintendo has announced that their new console which will succeed the Wii U, the Nintendo NX will hit the market in March of 2017. It was expected to launch around the holidays of this year but it has been delayed into the spring which will probably be better for fans. The announcement came as part of Nintendo’s financial results briefing in Japan this morning

‘Rime’ Developer Parts Ways with Sony

RimeSony will no longer be publishing Rime, as the Spanish developer behind the game, Tequila Works, has reacquired the rights to the game.

Tequila Works is the indie studio known for their sidescrolling cinematic platformer Deadlight, which was released on Xbox 360 and Windows in 2012. Rime will be their second game. Continue reading ‘Rime’ Developer Parts Ways with Sony
