When Destiny 2 was announced I was unsure if I would try it out. With Destiny you either loved it or you hated it. The story was virtually non-existent with most of it being on a website that you had to go to in order to get the full back story. It was a poor and lazy way to implement it, so when Bungie announced that Destiny 2 would have a proper story with all the lore available in game it was enough to convince me to give it a go.
I was impressed with the Beta and so slapped down some notes for a pre-order. I opted for the PS4 version mainly because I didn’t want to have to wait for the PC version which will arrive late October.

Live as we speak, is the Destiny 2 reveal event, and Bungie have revealed a second cinematic trailer for it. I can’t make heads or tails of it, as I didn’t follow the non-story of the first game, and only made it as far as an hour into The Taken King’s DLC before never playing it again. Maybe I shouldn’t be the one writing about this, after all. Continue reading Destiny 2 gets its second cinematic trailer

Destiny, a game that has a taste somewhat like Marmite, where you either love it and spend your days on it, or one you tried at launch and didn’t bother with after it left a horrid taste in your mouth. That said, the game is still huge, and the fan-base more so, but with a sequel on the horizon, what does it mean for all of your hard work over the last 3 years? Continue reading Characters won’t carry over into Destiny 2
Destiny, a game which launched the new generation in 2014, while also falling flat in many areas, will of course have a sequel. It was debated for years how much content the base game would get, and if it would actually get a ‘sequel’, but slapping a ‘2’ at the end of a popular title will certainly encourage more sales. Continue reading Destiny 2 will be casual friendly, coming 2017
