Spider-Man’s second trailer hits the web today, courtesy of Marvel. In the latest trailer, we see a lot more of the plot, as well as the introduction of the bad guy. There’s a good bit of Iron Man and Tony Stark too, who will serve as the mentor for Peter Parker. Perhaps the trailer shows a little too much though?
Michael Keaton stars as the Spider-Man’s antagonist, playing the character of Adrian Toomes, or Vulture who was actually Spidey’s second ever baddie according to the Marvel history books. The movie will introduce us to Peter getting his powers (again) and as you can gather from what we’ve seen so far in both trailers as well as Captain America: Civil War, a good dose of humour and teen-silliness.
Spider-Man: Homecoming swings into cinemas on July 7th. Expect another stinger or two following the end credits, I imagine!
In the meantime, Marvel fans can get excited for Guardians of the Galaxy 2 before then, on May 5th.
