“There are still a few issues to work out, of course, and we will continue to do that over the course of the beta,” Ubisoft community developer Chase Straight said on the game’s forum.
“Given the current situation, we’ve made the decision to extend the Closed Beta by 3 days. It will run through Thursday, October 1st.”
If you have a beta key or have downloaded it and have yet to play it, now is your best chance. The beta gives you access to three maps and three game modes, one of which is Terrorist Hunt. Fans have reported a few connectivity issues, but it is a beta, so that is to be expected. Let’s hope Ubisoft can iron out these issues in time for the game’s release on December 1st, which launches with 11 maps, and promises free map updates post release.
