Quantum Break release date and new live action trailer

quantum breakMicrosoft and Remedy Entertainment have announced that Quantum Break will be releasing on April 5th this spring. Not only that, but it will also be coming to Windows 10 on the same date. But wait, there’s more!

Pre-ordering the game on Xbox One will also grant Windows 10 owners access to the game at no additional cost. Cross platform purchasing? YES! Even more comes on top of that. Alan Wake will also be part of the game, as in the backwards compatible title from the Xbox 360 that released in 2010. Buy Quantum Break and you get Alan Wake with it. Pre-order Quantum Break now and get yourself a copy of 2012’s Alan Wake’s American Nightmare as well, the spin off arcade title.

To celebrate the upcoming launch of Quantum Break, Remedy Entertainment and Microsoft Studios also released a new, live-action trailer titled “The Cemetery.” Watch Quantum Break be brought to life as Jack Joyce (Shawn Ashmore) is hunted by agents from Monarch Solutions while he mourns the loss of his brother. But time isn’t the same anymore. It’s broken. And it’s the only weapon Jack has to survive a world in chaos.

Xbox also announced a new Xbox One Special Edition Quantum Break Bundle featuring a 500GB Cirrus White console and matching wireless controller, a full-game download of Quantum Break and a full-game download of Alan Wake accompanied by The Signal and The Writer add-on packs. The bundle will be offered worldwide in most regions where Xbox One is available for $349 USD ERP starting March 29, 2016.

That’s some exciting news for Xbox and Windows 10 fans today, isn’t it? The game looks brilliant and I can’t wait for its launch.
