New Interactive Halo 5: Guardians site launched by Microsoft

Halo 5: GuardiansHere we are with just over two weeks left from what can only be described as the biggest most important release for the Xbox One to date. We’re already about as hyped up as we could be from what we’ve seen of Halo 5: Guardians so far, but that hasn’t stopped Microsoft from doing everything they can to help build up the fan’s anticipation in these final weeks. The latest little gem comes in the form of a newly launched website brandishing that growingly familiar Hunt the Truth hashtag, that has been associated with the Halo 5: Guardians’ plot ever since it first emerged alongside theHalo 5: Guardians web based audio file series.

The website itself, which can be visited by clicking here, features ten new, short clips from the perspective of Spartan Locke and the Master Chief (five each), each giving us a little more insight into the game’s “series changing” story. Additionally, for those of you planning on picking the game up at the end of the month, there is an added incentive. Watch all ten of the videos and you will be rewarded with a special “REQ pack” for the games multiplayer, this could contain anything from weapon skins to Spartan armour, completely free of charge. The videos themselves are all around ten seconds each so it shouldn’t take you too long to get through them, and well… What right minded Halo fan isn’t going to want to watch them anyway?

Halo 5: GuardiansHalo 5: Guardian’s went gold last week meaning that the game has now gone into mass production ready to be shipped off to the various retailers. However the development process over at 343 Industries continues in the form of post launch content such as additional multiplayer maps and the “forge” mode which will be added to the game in the not to distant future.
