First spotted on various game retailer sites around the world, Konami has now officially confirmed a Definitive Edition release of Metal Gear Solid V. It will include Ground Zeroes, as well as all DLC released since The Phantom Pain’s launch.
Unfortunately, there’s not much to shout about in terms of Metal Gear Solid V DLC, other than costumes, cosmetic items and free updates to Metal Gear Online. If you even bothered to try it out. I’m not sure how great this package would be for fans, as it doesn’t seem to add anything new to reward a second purchase, but we shall see. Even throw in a t-shirt to make it appealing?
Metal Gear Solid V: The Definitive Experience will release for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 13th October. Not unexpected really. However, fans have been angered since Gamescom when a trailer for Metal Gear Survive popped up out of nowhere, mixing a bit of alternate reality story-telling involving the events of Ground Zeroes and…zombies.
