Only last week, Halo 5: Guardians went gold, ready for mass production before the game’s official release date. It seems however, that copies of the game have already been shipped out to stores, so here’s a warning for Halo 5: Avoid the internet for the coming weeks!
No doubt, streamers and Youtubers will be getting their hands on a copy somewhere in the world, and it won’t be long before they’ll be vying to be the first to reveal plot twists, endings or other surprises. One person on Imgur uploaded a picture of the boxed copy, which you can see below.
In other news, it appears that Halo 5: Guardians will require up to 60GB of hard drive space for installation. This is almost twice that of Fallout 4, and ten times that of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5… Start investing in an external hard drive if you haven’t already, or else start making space soon, as this will be available to pre-install soon enough! As well as that, there is also Forge to come as DLC in December, as well as all the free maps that will come to Halo 5 post launch.
