Three new games join the expanding list of backwards compatible titles on Xbox One this week, with Bayonetta being the headliner. While a bunch of new games gear up for their release in the months ahead, there’s always time to load up an old favourite and enjoy some nostalgia.
The three additional titles are 2009’s Bayonetta from Platinum Games, 2001’s de Blob 2 by Blue Tongue Entertainment and Arkanoid Live, which released in the 80s initially and made its way onto last gen consoles in 2009. It was an enhanced version of Atari’s ‘Breakout’ game, which you should all be familiar with.

Other titles which have become available in the past few weeks include: Of Orcs and Men, QIX++, Bejeweled 3, Deathspank T.O.V., and Gatling Gears. Of course, fans are still waiting for the elusive Skate 3 which was teased last holiday and still hasn’t seen the light of day yet.
Other requested favourites include: Call of Duty Black Ops 2, Skyrim, Modern Warfare 2, Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 3, Call of Duty World at War, Mass Effect 3, GTA IV, Mass Effect 2 and Batman: Arkham City. That’s the top 10, and as you can see, Xbox gamers just want to get their CoD on. Will Activision let them one day?
