The Nintendo NX rumours are coming thick and fast and show no sign of slowing down. According to new reports Nintendo are planning to launch some powerful titles in the first 6 months of the Nintendo NX life.
MCV have reported that an all new Mario game, Zelda (Breath of the wild) and a new Pokèmon title will headline the NX line up after launch with all 3 titles expected to release within the first 6 months.
Hoping to adress the criticism they faced with the Wii U and the lack of 3rd party support, Nintendo have apparently been courting Sega, Square Enix, Ubisoft, Activision and Warner Bros.
Nintendo appear to be trying hard to avoid mistakes they made when marketing the Wii U but with reports coming from a source, who has had hands on time with the NX, saying that the Nintendo NX will be a portable machine that can be plugged into a TV with detachable controllers, they’ll certainly have their work cut out for them.
The source goes on to say that the NX is a nice bit of kit and that game graphics will be ‘somewhere between a PS3 and PS4’, with Nintendo targeting an audience that sits between smartphone gamers and the more hardcore users of PS4 and Xbox One.
NX is currently slated to launch in March next year worldwide.
