We’ve all seen Gravity, right? If not, you should go check it out. Unfortunately for Adam Orth, the movie came out while he was working on this new title, ADR1FT, which sees you stuck in space, alone, trying to make your way home.
This new trailer shows off some gameplay footage and mentions that the game will release in the first quarter of 2016. Not only that, but it will be Oculus Rift ready, and supposedly releasing on the same day. The perfect game to start off the new platform, eh?
The story follows an astronaut, who floats through the wreckage of a destroyed space station with no memory of the incident. Over the course of the game, players find clues that piece together the events of the incident, and attempt to repair the escape vehicle to return home. The developers, Three One Zero describe the game as a ‘first person experience’, avoiding any mention of violence, which won’t feature in the game.
Adr1ft will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
