A new trailer for Adr1ft, the ‘first person experience’ has been released, and it’s called “Clair de lune”. This translate to ‘moonlight’, and that’s something you will experience a lot of in this ambitious gameplay environment.
Being published by 505 Games, Adr1ft has been a long time coming, and it will be making its way to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. However, on the PC, the developer Three One Zero are making use of the Oculus Rift headset to further the experience of being trapped in space; the premise of the game. In Adr1ft, you are alone on a space station which has suffered catastrophic damage, and taking advantage of gravity, or lack of, as well as solving puzzles, you have to find your way home to earth. It’s very much like Gravity which starred Sandra Bullock, but is in no way a copycat of the movie. The game was in development simultaneously, Gravity just stole its limelight.
Adr1ft has a release date of March 28th on PC, and hopefully a similar date on the consoles too. A one of a kind experience, without doubt!
